FAA Fall 2018 Internship Opportunity

The FAA looks for students studying the following disciplines:

• Mechanical, Aerospace, Electrical, Civil and Computer Engineering

• Aviation Management and Aviation Science

• Computer Science and Information Technology

• Accounting, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing, and Management Information Systems

• Communications (Technical/Website Writing; Process Mapping)

• Economics

• Law


Students must have at least a 3.0 GPA, be a junior, senior or graduate student and a U.S. Citizen. Log on to http://www.wire2netllc.com, click on FAA Internships under the Site Menu and proceed to complete the application. If students do not have their two (2) written recommendations at the time of completing the online application, recommendations can be sent to penniowens@wire2netllc.com on or before July 31. These internships are full-time and part-time, paid internships, some of which are in Washington, D.C., while others are in other states throughout the contiguous United States. Our firm, wire2netllc, assists with helping students find housing, although students are responsible for paying for their housing. wire2netllc covers the cost of transportation for students from their home or school location to the city where they will be working, and back to their home or school at the end of the internship. The FAA has fall, spring, and summer internships. The fall session is 15 weeks, which starts in September and ends in December.
