The conference organizers invite the participation of graduate and undergraduate students who would like to display posters showcasing their research. This is a great opportunity to present your projects to a university and community audience.
Posters will be available for viewing throughout the conference, with the greatest traffic anticipated during the morning break (9:45-10:00) and lunch (12:00-12:30). It is recommended that students staff their displays during these times.
Poster set-up will begin at 7:30 a.m. on the day of the conference, and all posters should be in place by 8:30. Presenters will be provided with easels for displaying their posters, so posters need to be hard-backed. Maximum size for posters is 4 ft x 3 ft. Conveniently located electrical outlets are not guaranteed.
Questions about these guidelines or about the suitability of your project for inclusion in the poster session may be directed to the conference organizers.
