This course is intended to prepare undergraduates in the UC Davis Dept. of Economics for success in the Honours course ("honors", if you're American).

The course assumes you have a basic working knowledge of statistics and econometrics (e.g. ECN 102 & ECN 140), and requires students to have access to a copy of Stata. Students without current access to Stata may purchase a reduced-price 'student' copy at https://www.stata.com/order/new/edu/gradplans/student-pricing/. It may also be worth checking if you have access through your department or advisor(s).

This website hosts the materials necessary to complete the course. A video-lecture series will be made available through Canvas.

The 2019 in-person course will occur in SSH 1133 ('the Burgundy Room') in the UC Davis Dept. of Economics, from 9am - 12pm, Tuesday June 25 - Friday June 28.
