A Brief Introduction

I am a Postdoc Associate working with Prof. Chunlei Liu in the Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Sciences at University of California, Berkeley.

I have a broad background in Electrical Engineering, MRI Physics and Signal Processing, with specific training and expertise in key research areas, such as Medical image post-processing, MRI imaging, e.g. imaging magnetic susceptibility for various organs both in and outside of central nervous system, mapping diffusion tensor imaging for in vivo human heart, pulse sequence design on both GE and Siemens MRI platform.

My current interests are mainly in the following areas:

  • Quantitative Susceptibility Mapping (QSM) applied to Brain Imaging; Cartilage degeneration; Liver iron deposits; Parkinson's Disease;
  • Cardiac Diffusion Tensor Imaging (DTI);
  • Signal Processing;
  • Machine Learning;
