There is no doubt that Japanese culture has become an intricate part of American Culture. This influence can be seen in anything from games that are the most popular, to fast cars, speakers, computers, TV's and other electronic appliances seen in everyday households. We take all these things for granted, but often never think about the cultural roots of where things originate. That is why it is key to understand the subcultures that have influenced, what we now call "The American Culture." This site will explore aspects of Japanese influence and give a firsthand look at how much of our daily consumption and products are really the brain children of Japanese companies. Lastly, we will show historical aspects of how this growing obsession with the Japanese culture started.
