Our Mission:

The Muslim Students Association is an organization geared toward providing religious, academic, and social services to the Muslim students on campus. Our goals include promotion of religious tolerance by working with other faith-based groups, educating the general campus community on the Islamic faith, uniting the campus community with the greater Capital District Muslim communities, and encouraging civic participation through community service events.

The M.S.A. welcomes all members of the campus community to come join and learn with us!
General Religious Services:

  1. The MSA has an established prayer room space in the campus center for daily usage (Campus Center 345)
  2. Weekly Jummah prayers are held on campus during the academic school year (Campus Center 375)
  3. Halaqas (Islamic study circles) are held consistently during the academic school year
