Membership Application Form

Annual membership runs from 1 October to 30 September each year and not for 12 months from the date of your payment.   

If you join mid-year,  your membership is valid only till 30 September of that year after which you need to renew for the following year.  We do not have any pro-rata fee structure as our annual fee is minimal.   

Anyone joining during September will, however, automatically be considered as paid up for the next year.

The renewals process starts in September through to December. Any person who has not renewed by the end of January will automatically be removed from the membership list.
