U3A (University of the Third Age) is a national learning co-operative of retired people (www.u3a.org.uk).


The Farnborough group was 25 years old in 2014.


It has 1100 local members,

 
and 100+ interest groups covering languages, physical, artistic, manual skills and academic studies.


No qualifications are required - only interest & enthusiasm.


Annual membership is £25, and most groups are then free.
