Undergraduate Fuel Cell Research

    In order to graduate with University Honors, I was required to produce an honors thesis. I used this opportunity to perform some research for my advising professor, Dr. Renfro, on the development of a fuel cell system to be used with the university golf carts. Funding was limited, and the result was only a rudimentary testing platform, but I did learn a great deal in the process. My final paper as well as some other materials I produced for various different purposes can be found in the attachment section below. A website mock-up which I had hoped would be taken over by future students interested in continuing the project can be found here. It was meant to provide the public general information about fuel cells (specifically PEM fuel cells) as well as provide a location to host research findings. My research paper and presentation can be downloaded below. I also prepared a poster which is linked below.
