               Summary:

1. The meet venue is Thammasat University Stadium in Pathum Thani
province which is directly north of Bangkok and 50 km from the previously announced venue of Rajamangala Stadium.

2. Dates of the championships will be from March 7- 9, 2014.

The Team Manager's meeting for visiting teams will be March 6 at 15:00 hrs, at meeting room 103 near the entrance of
the Thammasat University main stadium. Bibs can be  picked up at this time, as well as later during the competition.

Note that local team managers will be at 13:00 hrs


3. Application for entry closed January 31, 2014.

4. Hammer throw is excluded from the championships, since the stadium is not allowed  to feature the hammer throw.

5. An athlete is allowed to participate in not more than 4 individual events
and in case an athlete wants to participate in all field events, the athlete can only enter 3 events.

6. Application fee : for Thai athletes - 200 baht for the first event and 100 baht for each subsequent event;
for visiting athletes - 400 baht for the first event and 200 baht for each subsequent event.

This year all participants are requested to pay by bank transfer by Jan 31, 2014.
Use an exchange rate of 30 Baht/ 1 US dollar. 
For international visitors
if making a bank transfer is inconvenient, you may pay in cash at the venue, in Thai Baht.

7. The relay fee is 800 baht per team and 1,000 baht per team for visitors.

8. Entry for the relay events must be made before the date of entry deadline (January 30, 2014).

9. Runner in the relay events must enter at least one individual event.

     The 3K walk-run ("Fun Run") is non-competitive;
       all finishers will receive a certificate and
souvenirs will be given to first 500 finishers.

Note: (Only for Thai athletes) Entry fee for the athletes of over 60 year-old will be discounted by 50 per cent.

at the Khon Kaen Provincial Sports Stadium.
