Supplies:
Tube of choice. I am using the sensational art by Keith Garvey. You can purchase a license to use his art HERE at MPT.
Scrap kit by Chica's Designz "Lavender & Lace" HERE.
Plugin>Xero>Improver (Optional) HERE.

Ok!!! Let's create some spring fever!!!

Open a new image 700x650 pixels and flood fill white.

Copy and paste Frame 8. Adjust>Blur>Radial Blur, Settings: Zoom, Strength 70, H0, V0, Protect center 0, Elliptical checked.
Copy and paste Frame 8 once again. Effect, 3D, Drop shadow, settings: V3 H3, Opacity 61, Blur 12. Use these same settings through out.

Copy and paste tube inside the frame. Drop shadow. Copy and paste top part of the tube again, Re-size tube 80%, Duplicate, Image>Mirror, placing inside the frame. Lower the Opacity of both tubes to 60 (slide to the left in your palette).

Copy and paste Rose Garland 1 from Chica's Lavender and Lace kit. ~ re-size 40%.

Copy and paste Tulip 4  ~ re-size 40%.  Drop Shadow. Duplicate, Image>Mirror.
Copy and paste Tulip 1 ~ re-size 40%, Image>Free rotate, Left 15.
Copy and paste Rose 8 ~ re-size 30%, Duplicate, Image>Mirror. Place on the base of the Tulips.

Copy and paste Butterflies, as many as you wish ~ re-size 20%. Place on their own layer, if doing the animation.

To create word art "Spring Fever", use the Elipse tool, draw a circle, type out the words, on the left side of the circle, thus creating an arch. In your palette, click on the small "Plus" sign, then hide the circle so that is does not show, leaving just your writing. Font of choice, I used Sans Comic Font.

Re-size all layers to your liking. I re-sized 83%.
Add your watermark, copyright and name. Font of choice, I use Chopin Script Font.

Save as jpg or png if you are not going on with the animation.

Sure hope you enjoyed this "Spring Fever" tutorial!!!

Animation:
On Butterfly Layer, Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise with these settings:
Gaussian Checked, Monochrome checked, Noise 26. Layers>Copy Merged and paste in Animation Shop as a new animation. Go back to PSP, undo the noise. Change Noise to 28, copy merged again and paste in AS after the first frame. Back to PSP and repeat these steps once more changing the Noise to 30. Run your animation, save as a GIF....sparkly Butterflies!!!
