Let's have some fun!!!

Open an image 700x650 pixels and flood fill white. Put the Mask in your Psp Mask folder.

Copy and paste paper 15 ~ re-size 70%.

Layers>Load/save mask> Load mask from disk. Choose Vix mask 02, apply with invert transparency UN-checked.
Layers>Merge> Merge Group.

Copy and paste frame 1 ~ re-size 70%.

Copy and paste paper 3 ~ re-size 60%.

Click inside the frame using your magic wand tool. Selections>Modify expand by 5.
On paper, Selections>Invert, press the Delete key on your keyboard. Selections>None.

Effects>3D>Drop shadow frame, settings: V3, H3, Opacity 71, Blur 9, use these Drop shadow settings throughout.

Copy and paste tube, Duplicate. Move the copy below the frame. Drop shadow the Original. Erase fin on the tube that is outside the frame, on both, leaving the hand and rope outside the frame.

Copy and paste Word Art from Chica's kit. "I Love the Sun Shining in my Face" ~ re-size it 30%. Place one top left corner and one bottom left. Drop shadow.

Add the elements you wish. Drop shadow them all.
I used Bottle ~ 50%, Image>Mirror. Bow 1 ~ 30%. Swirl 1 ~ 40%, Duplicate>Image>Mirror, Image>Flip.

Butterflies 5 & 9 ~ 25% ***If doing the animation have the butterflies on their own layer, (Image>Free rotate, one left 14, the other right 14). Driftwood 2 ~ 30%, move below the Bottle. Dock Tie ~ 30%.
Sand Castle 2 ~ 30%. Shell 4 & 7 ~ 30%. Red Flower 2 and Star fish ~ 30%.

Add your copyright, watermark and name. Font of choice, I used A & S Black Swan Font.
Re-size all layers to your liking, I re-size 83% to 581 pixels.

Save as a jpg or png and you're done if you are not going on with the animation!!!

Sure hope you had fun with this Nicole Brune tutorial!!!

Animation:

On the layer with the Butterflies, Adjust>Add/Remove Noise>Add Noise with these settings:
Gaussian Checked, Monochrome UN-checked, Noise 36. Layers>Copy Merged and paste in Animation Shop as a new animation. Go back to PSP, undo the noise. Change Noise to 38, copy merged again and paste in AS after the first frame. Back to PSP and repeat these steps once more changing the Noise to 40. Run your animation, save as a GIF....and the Butterflies are stunning!!!
