Font of choice. I'm using Dead Secretary.
Xero-Bad Dream and Porcelain
Eye Candy-Gradient Glow
Let's begin. Remember to save often.
Open Mask, minimize for now.
Open template, duplicate, close original and delete copyright layer.
Copy paste papers of choice to each layer. Closing the original layers as you go.
Add Gradient Glow to each layer (Optional):
Let's add the tubes.
Magic wand inside frame. Selections-Modify-Expand-5-OK.
Copy paste your tube resizing to your liking. Bring below frame.
You can rotate your tube if you like to go along with the frame. I chose not to.
Frame layer active, add drop shadow.
Tube layer active. Selections-select all-float-defloat-modify-contract-1-OK.
Back to frame layer. Erase part of frame covering your tube. Deselect.
Add drop shadow to your tube. Repeat step with other frame.
Apply Xero-Bad Dream to both tubes:
Then apply Xero-Porcelain to both tubes:
Time to add elements. Add drop shadow to each.

Flor(4) - Resize 90% all layers unchecked. Duplicate and Mirror.
Haunted Hause(1) - Layer 9 active. This one should be one of the layers you closed out.
Haunted House layer active, hit delete. Deselect. Set opacity to 50%.
Calis(10) - Resize 65% all layers unchecked.
Hoya - Resize 75% all layers unchecked.
Arbolinos 2 - Resize 45% then 65% all layers unchecked.
Delete any part of tree sticking out of rectangle layer. Set opacity to 70%.
Vamp 1 - Resize 65% all layers unchecked. Duplicate and mirror.
Cato - Resize 85% all layers unchecked.
I moved the word art, you can if you want but it's totally optional.
Copy paste paper of choice. Bring to very bottom. Apply mask.
Layers-New Mask Layer-From Image. Source Luminance checked. Merge group.
Resize your tag to your liking.
Add your © info, license, and name.
