I used a Scrap-A-Licious Collaboration kit called Skull-Tastic. This one is by Purplez Kreationz.

Tube of choice. I'm using the artwork of VeryMany which you may purchase from Pics For Design.
mask2 by Ella VG from Creative Misfits Creations.
Template 183 by Kristin from Toxic Desirez.
Font of choice. I'm using LDJ Jilly Nilly.
Eye Candy - Gradient Glow
Xero - Bad Dream
Let's begin. Remember to save often.
Open template, duplicate and close original. Delete credits and resize on the longest side to 650. Resize canvas to 700x700.
Copy paste paper of choice, move to bottom, apply mask, merge group.
Copy paste papers of choice to each layer, closing off the original layers.
Raster layers 5 & 6 - Selections>select all>select float>defloat>
Copy paste tube close up, resize and place where desired on both layers,
Selections>invert>delete>select none. Set blend mode for both tubes to Luminance.
Apply drop shadow and gradient glow to each layer except the tube layers.
Copy paste Frame2 from the Frame folder. Resize to your liking.
Image>free rotate>Left>15>OK. Apply gradient glow as above.
Magic wand inside all 3 frames: Selections>modify>expand>5>ok.
Copy paste paper of choice, resize and move below frame. Selections>invert>delete. Selections>select none.
Magic wand inside ONE frame. Selections>modify>5>OK. Copy paste tube close up resizing and place where desired. Selections>invert>delete. Selections>select none. Duplicate tube. Repeat this same step for the next 2 frames.
All 3 original tubes stay normal, the duplicate tubes, set the blend modes to: Screen, Overlay, and Soft Light. Doesn't matter which tubes.
Copy paste your main tube. Resize and center. Apply Xero - Bad Dream.
Add drop shadow to your tube.
Time to add the following elements. Resize, sharpen and add drop shadow to each.
Refer to tag for placement.
ICE CREAM COCKTAIL
Crop tool > Merged Opaque > Apply to get rid of excess space. You can size it down more if you want to.
Add your copyright, license and name. Save.
We are done.
