Supplies:

PTU Glitter Kit from Scrappin Krazy Designs.

Tube of choice. I used Jose Cano and you can purchase his tubes at PTE.

WSL_Mask169 from Weescotslass Creations.

Font of choice. I'm using "Adolphus".

Drop Shadow:

1-1-50-3-Black

 

Let's begin. Remember to save often.

Open new image 700x700. We will resize later.

Copy paste the following adding drop shadow.

*Refer to tag for placement.

Frame 1 - Magic wand inside both frames, Modify-Expand-10-OK.

Copy paste paper of choice. Resize 85%, Selection-Invert, hit delete. Selections-None. Move below frame.

Featherfan - Free Rotate-Right-25-OK, Sharpen.

Tiara - Resize 85%, Sharpen, Free Rotate-Right-25-OK, Sharpen.

Purse - Resize 85%.

Martini - Resize 75%.

Cupcake - Resize 65%, Sharpen.

Hearts

Diamondtrail

Flower4 - Resize 50%, Sharpen. Duplicate, Mirror, Flip.

Diamond - Resize 40%, Sharpen, Duplicate, Mirror, Flip.

DiscoBall - Resize 120%, Sharpen.

Copy paste paper of choice, bring to bottom layer. Apply mask, merge group.

 

Let's add the tube.

Magic wand inside one frame at a time.

Modify-Expand-10-OK. Copy paste tube, resize to your liking. Invert, delete. Repeat with other frame. Add drop shadow.

Move both tubes below your frame layer.

Resize your tag.

Add copyright, license and name. Save.
