Tube of choice. I'm using Keith Garvey.
You may purchase a license and his art from PTE.
Mask of choice. I'm using Mask63 from ButterflyFlutterby Creations.
Let's begin. Remember to save often.
Open new image, 700x700, transparent background.
Copy paste beads. Resize 65% all layers unchecked. Duplicate. Image-free rotate-Left-90-OK.
Bring bead together in an "L" shape. Merge layers. Duplicate. Image-flip. Image-mirror.
Merge layers. *Now we have a frame to work with :)
Magic wand inside frame, selections-modify-expand-2-OK-selections-invert.
Copy paste paper7 below frame layer, hit delete. Select none. Add drop shadow to frame.
Copy paste your tube. Resize to your liking.
Frame layer active. Erase any part of the frame covering your tube. Select none.
Tube layer active. Apply Radiance.
Effects-plugins-Xero-Porcelain at the following settings:
Add drop shadow.
Copy paste ribbon2. Resize 80% all layers unchecked. Duplicate.
Place both ribbons together as if it was one. Merge the two layers together.
Bring above frame layer, top left corner. Add drop shadow.
Copy paste flowerribbon. Resize 50% all layers unchecked. Place on top of ribbon layer. Add drop shadow.
Copy paste fan. Resize 45% all layers unchecked. Image-mirror. Bring above frame layer.
Place at bottom left corner. Add drop shadow.
Copy paste flower. Resize 30% all layers unchecked. Adjust-sharpness-sharpen-OK. Place on corner of fan. Add drop shadow.
Copy paste string layer. No resizing needed. Bring above flower layer, placing at bottom of frame.
Copy paste tiara. Resize 50% all layers unchecked. Image-free rotate-Left-45-OK.
Image-sharpness-sharpen-OK. Place top layer bottom right corner.
Copy paste banner, no resizing needed. Place top layer, toward bottom of tag for your name.
Resize your tag to 650x650, all layers are checked.
Add copyright, license# and your name. Save as desired.
We are done!
