         Welcome to Turlabred Dobermann's.

My name is Owen and with my two daughters, are based in the west of  Ireland.  We do not breed constantly so availability of pups is and will be limited. We choose to breed and raise our litters as family pets and companions, we do not believe that a dobermann needs any special training to protect the home or its family as this is part of the nature of the dobermann and lets face it, strangers rarely pass through a gate when they see a dobermann!

'Puma Betelges'  has arrived on the 14th jan 2012.  beautifull young girl from Obi wan Kenobi v Utopea Betelges. She is a very energetic dog an is a big hit with the locals in stirring up a real interest in the breed.  She is also a great Dog to have about the home when strangers come around.  We hope to get one litter from Bella as we call her, this year if lucky. Timing can mean a lot as to when pups will arrive and having the weather (if possible in ireland!) for them to run about at young age is very helpfull i think.
I Will keep up to date when we have more news!!
Vwd clear.  other tests to come.

Previous Litters

'Ruby' (Retired) is black and tan in colour.  True to her nature she is protective of her family but also a very well socialised dobermann, with an  unparrelled temperment.  Ruby has been raised with children and lives close to other dogs in her area which has made her completely tolerant to  others, extremely affectionate and likes attention!
Ruby is a fully registered Dobermann with the IKC, (Irish Kennel Club)
Ruby has been Hip scored and blood tested for 'VON WILLERBRANDS disease'  clear, and thyroids clear
Scoring a 10 for the hips which is excellent for this breed.
 PhPv clear. (eyes)

Litter 2010, arrived on the 12th of June 2010.
Adoonlough Ruby. - Supetas Black Russian at Beechillawn.Int Ch.
'Rudi' was the sire for our June 2010 litter.  His record in the ring shows for itself.
An excellent example of a Dobermann lacking in nothing. And a big thanks to Seamus and Maura.
