How long have you owned Tufano's?: I am third generation and I took over the restaurant 33 years ago.

What dishes you recommend:  Lemon Chicken, Eggplant, Shells, Broccoli, and Shrimp, Cavatelli with vodka sauce, Veal Picante, and Chicken Picante

Why you enjoy owning Tufano's?: It makes us unique that their has been four generations of people coming here.  I think that factor with restaurants has been lost nowadays.  I like to make people feel comfortable and welcomed, as if they were coming to dinner at my own house, the same way my grandmother made people feel.

What dishes you recommend:  Chicken Picante, Veal Picante, Eggplant, & Spinach Ravioli

Favorite memory of working here?:  Waiting on Frank Sinatra in 1976.  My grandmother was woken up to cook him Pork Chops and I served the food to him.  He had the bluest eyes and he was just amazing.

Favorite memory of working here?:  When a sixty year old man went into the bathroom and put on a girls bikini with construction boots and then walked through the whole restaurant!

Why you enjoy working here?:  I love getting to know the new customers just as much as catching up with the regulars.  I take pride and honor in my family restaurant and hope to continue our traditions for many more generations. ough the whole restaurant!

Why you enjoy working here?:  Everyone I work with welcomed me with open arms when I moved here from Wisconsin.
