The Early Award for the Palmetto Fellows Scholarship is now open! (Up to $6,700!!!)

TSCHAA must apply on your student's behalf. Since you are the official record keeper, you must contact TSCHAA if you think your student is eligible. The early award is based on the student's Junior year (which must have been completed by June 15th).

(There is a fee for a TSCHAA transcript.) All information needs to be finalized with TSCHAA no later than November 30th! Do not wait to contact me. You are the official record keeper, and it is your responsibility to contact TSCHAA if you think your child qualifies for this scholarship.

June 15th, June 15th, June 15th

If you have a graduating senior this year, your school year must end by June 15th. If your child has a graduation date after June 15th of the school year, he will not qualify for SC scholarships. Please plan your school year accordingly. To learn more about SC scholarship, click here.

When your child is ready for his permit or driver's license, he will need to show proof of homeschooling. Your Acceptance Letter usually works, however, TSCHAA also offers a Compliance Letter. You can request one on the Application/Forms page of the TSCHAA website.

For a driver's license, a student under 17 must show proof of taking driver's ed. You will receive a PDLA form from the driving school. The attendance portion is to be filled out by the homeschool parent as stated on the form. TSCHAA does not fill this section out.
