Microfluidic Tips and Tricks

Let's learn from each other!
We all stand on the shoulders of other giants, and no need to reinvent the wheels unless necessary.
I have started to assemble information and categorize them into specific topics hopefully to be helpful for people interested in learning the topics.
Any feedback or material contribution is greatly welcomed!

Design & Fabrication

Choosing the right world-to-chip interface for your application is as important as the microfluidic chip design.
Different applications demand optimal interface. For example, in cell applications with microscopy, good interface with air tight sealing and sterility is essential together with low obstruction of optical inspection. For microfluidic biosensor applications, reservoirs interface may be of interest to hold large volume sample.
