industrial dispenser as rapid fabrication of mold for pneumatically controlled microfluidics

Use of industrial dispenser for rapid fabrication of curved mold for pneumatic microfluidic chip.

conventional pneumatic controller microfluidic chip uses soft lithography to create the fluidic layer.
However to create properly sealed microfluidic valve, the fluidic layer is require to be curved. 
Curved fluidic layer in conventional fluidic layer is created through reflow of photoresist.

We propose use of industrial dispenser commonly exists in dispensing adhesives for different application.
Use of photoresist with small aperaturein dispenser to direct write out the pattern of fluidic layer.
The dispensed structure would be directly pneumatic valve usable.
All the mold would need is curing under UV light on a flat platform after dispensing.
