I was born in 1987 in Tuyen Quang, Vietnam. After achieving my baccalaureate at the Tuyen Quang gifted high school in 2005, I have directly enrolled the Hanoi Posts and Telecommunications Institute of Technology (PTIT) for my undergraduate study. During the last 6 months of my undergraduate study, I joined to the FPT Information System, FPT Corporation to participate in the project for the installation and deployment of network for the Vietnam Development bank. After obtaining the B.S in Electronics and Telecommunications in 2010 with the first ranked student in the university, I worked as an assistant-lecturer and a research engineer in the faculty of Telecommunications at PTIT. In 2011, I received the French government scholarship to pursue my Ph.D study in France. I obtained my Ph.D. degree in Physics (oriented to the optical fiber communication systems) at the University of Rennes 1, France, in November 2015. From December 2015, I joined the OPERA department (in both wireless and photonics groups) at the Free University of Brussels, Belgium, and worked as a R&D engineer and a postdoctoral researcher.
