There will be a PLC on Thursday Night at 7:30 in the Carson Building. All youth leadership positions should attend - we have lots of planning to do.
On Saturday the troop will be holding Troop Leadership Training (TLT) for our new troop leaders. It will take place at the church from 12:00 - 4:00.
Next Tuesday night - Webelos Open House! We will be welcoming visiting Webelos scouts. Come and be friendly!
Bryan E's Eagle Scout Service project will be taking place on 10/17.
I will be holding my Eagle Scout Project THIS SUNDAY October 17th 2010. Come one, come all!!! The project will consist of digging holes, pouring concrete, and installing equipment for the back nine holes of the Frisbee golf course at New Hanover Presbyterian Church. I would like to begin at 1pm, meeting at the Carson Building. Please come having already eaten lunch. The project will last approximately three hours.

Battlefield District Merit Badge Camporee Cotober 22-24. Lots of great badges to earn!!! We wil leave the church on 10/22/10 6:30pm and return 10/23/10 10:00pm. the Camporee will take place at Charlotte Acres. Note this is a Saturday night return. An update is attached to this e-mail.

Please remember that Troop meetings start promptly at 7:30. Leaders are there from about 7:15 and Scouts can gather and take advantage of this time to talk to the leaders. If you are leaving the meeting early, please make sure the scoutmaster or an assistant scoutmaster know you are leaving so we won’t go looking for you.
