The Committee met and has approved the following reimbursement schedule for those who help provide transportation on camping trips.
Drivers to events will have the $10 fee waived if they carry at least one scout other than their son on a trip
A driver that tows the trailer will be offered a fuel allocation based on the following:
• Round trips of less than 100 miles: $25
• Round trips of 100 to 200 miles: $50
• For trips longer than 200 miles, the Scout Master, Treasurer, and Tour Leader will make a recommendation to the troop committee
for the trailer allocation amount.
For those drivers who wish to take advantage of this fee reduction or reimbursement, a standard troop reimbursement form is needed.
