Welcome to Troop 444

Troop 444 is a high adventure troop that offers a year round program to boys 11 to 17 years old. We are not a troop that focuses on only one form of activity. Our troop has a range of activities including hiking, cycling, and canoeing. Being in our troop will give you the opportunity to have fun, learn life skills, learn scout values, make lifelong friends, enjoy monthly outings, and help the community.

We would like to invite the cub scouts and any other boys who are interested in joining our troop to come to one of our troop meetings. It is a great opportunity to see what we do at our weekly meetings. We want everyone who is visiting to feel welcome in the hopes that you will join the troop. Troop 444 meets on Tuesday nights from 7:30 to 8:30pm at St. Bonaventure’s Church, 5562 Clayton Road, Concord, CA.

In previous years, members from our troop have participated in Backpacking Trek's offered at Philmont Scout Ranch in Cimarron, New Mexico while others from our troop went to the National Scout Jamboree in West Virginia.
