Our first trip of the new Scouting year will be our annual Block Island bike trip. I wanted to give everyone advance notice as it comes up quick once school starts.
More info will be forthcoming but the basics are this:

The trip is weekend of September 22nd and 23rd.
We meet at the hall 7am to load my truck with sleeping bags and camp gear. Additional drivers with bike racks or pickups are needed to get the Scouts to the ferry.   I have to be at the ferry for 8am to be on the 9am departure. Scouts will carry their backpack of weekend gear/clothing with them onto the ferry including a cold lunch for Saturday. Dinner and breakfast will be provided by the troop.
We return on the 11am ferry arriving back at Pt. Judith at 12, where drivers are again needed and back at the hall for approximately 1pm.
IMPORTANT: The Patriots have the Sunday night game that day  :)
