Scoutmaster Terry Dutton
Mr. Dutton joined Troop 16 as an 11 year old new scout in 1987.  He is an Eagle Scout and Vigil Honor member of the Order of the Arrow.  Mr. Dutton was an Assistant Scoutmaster prior to taking over the helm in 2014.  He is a strong believer in the Patrol Method and the Outdoor Program as the most important Methods of the Scouting program.  In his free time, Mr. Dutton is a school administrator.

Committee Chair Jim Bicak
Mr. Bicak joined Troop 134 in Kearney, Nebraska in 1968; he is an Eagle Scout and Brotherhood member of the Order of the Arrow. He joined Troop 16 in 2000 as a parent volunteer when his oldest son joined as a new scout.   He is the father of two Troop 16 alumni; one son is an Eagle Scout and the other son served as our troop's Senior Patrol Leader.  Mr. Bicak was a Den Leader and Packmaster prior to becoming an Assistant Scoutmaster and then Scoutmaster of Troop 16.  He took on his current role of Committee Chairman in 2014.  Mr. Bicak particularly enjoys the troop's camping program, especially High Adventure activities, of which he has participated in many.  Some of his favorite High Adventure experiences include backpacking trips to Mt. Rainier and Isle Royale National Parks.  In his free time, Mr. Bicak is an architect and hospital executive.
