Kutchela















Ingredients:

25 green mangoes
1 ln salt
1/2 bottle mustard oil
3/4 lb garlic
1/2 bottle white vinegar
1/2 lb amchar massala
pepper for taste
Method:

1) Wash and peel mangoes, remove the seeds
2) Grate mangoes and squeeze excess liquid out
3) Add salt, mustard oil, ground garlic, pepper and massala and vinegar and mix
4) Place in bottles
