Tredennis is one of the best positioned holiday homes on the North Cornwall coast. Anybody who has ever been to the beach at Trebarwith Strand is likely to recognise it as the large house looking out to Gull Rock across the beach.
Tredennis
is a large property enjoying an elevated position overlooking the
beach at Trebarwith. The views are beautiful and the beach itself
just a few yards away. The house is about 100 years old and offers
spacious, light accommodation for up to eight people. There is a good sized garden in front of the house enjoying views over the beach and sea.
The
property will comfortably sleep eight people in four bedrooms. Two
have King sized beds, one being en-suite with bath, shower over, basin
and WC . The third bedroom has two single
beds (2' 6" wide) and the fourth has bunk beds (2' 6"
wide).
In
addition to the en-suite bathroom there is a family bathroom (bath
with shower over, basin and WC) and a downstairs cloakroom with
shower, basin and WC.
The
kitchen has the usual facilities plus dishwasher and microwave and
there is a separate utility room with fridge/freezer, washing machine
and tumble dryer.
Outside
there is a lawn with BBQ and outside furniture. There is a private parking
space for two large cars.
Flat TV with all free Sky channels and DVD player. Broadband internet with WiFi throughout the house included. (Usual speed around 4Mbps)

There is oil-fired central heating throughout the house which is available and included in the rental charge from the first Saturday in October through to the last Saturday in April. At other times of the year the central heating can be operated via a £1 coin meter. No pets accepted. This property is let to non-smokers and family groups only.
The
small village of Trebarwith Strand is about 3 miles from Tintagel by
road and connected by the South West Coast Path, which surrounds Cornwall. The
coast path is easily accessible offering lovely walks with beautiful
cliff scenery. Trebarwith is a valley with one road leading to a
sandy beach. At high tide, the beach is completely covered ensuring
up to a mile of clean sand at low tide. The Port William public house
overlooks the bay and is situated just beyond the house as shown in the top photograph.
