The committee supports the development and use of performance measurement and management across all modes of transportation, public and private, including passenger and freight transportation systems.  It also promotes the use of performance management in all aspects of an organization’s responsibilities to support public accountability and effective systems management.  This includes planning, programming, budgeting, program and service delivery, and system operations.
