Register for Courses:
ONLY REGISTER ONCE.  
If you have never registered and are a "New User" you must first register to receive your User ID.  
1.  First please "Turn Off Pop Up Blockers" and use "Internet Explorer 6" and no higher versions.
2.  Please go to the https://www.e-access.att.com/lsobp/NonAlliance/BPAccess/ 
3.  Click on "New User Registeration" in the top left.
4.  You will choose you a company from the list.  This company must be a TravCom customer.
5.  The "New User Registration Form" will open.  Please complete all fields including your PASSWORD.  
Please write down you password immediately in a place where you won't loose it.  We suggest creating an AT&T contact in your address book and listing it there.
6.  Once you've entered all information you will get the following:
                                            Your name,                                 
Your registration request has been Submitted.  You will receive an e-mail notification once your request has been approved.
