Our homes account for 40% of our carbon output. They are also one area in which we can easily make a difference. The homes group was set up in 2011 to help Marlow residents lower our carbon footprint, reduce our fuel bills and make our homes more comfortable to live in.
During the winter of 2011, Wycombe District Council loaned their
thermal imaging camera to our group to take infra-red photos of local homes. The
photographs showed where homes were losing heat.
