Founded in 1969 by students in order to encourage and promote student involvement in academics, community, and social work issues. Members are welcome regardless of ethnicity or culture.

Trabajadores de la Raza strongly believes that unifying our individual experiences and cultures, we help to enhance our awareness of our society as well as the development of our cultures. Trabajadores de la Raza is a “Social Work Student Organization” that focuses on social services, community activities and campus events. We are open to all students regardless of their majors and we are a CO-ED organization.
