1/2 - 3/4 Acre of Sweet Corn - Harvested in Mid to Late July.
1/2 Acre of Potatoes - Harvest in Late October, Early November
1/2 Acre of Mixed Vegetables - Harvest in Late October, Early November - Planted after Sweet Corn harvest
