Fall Social Fundraiser (Oct)

Every Fall, the parents and teachers get together to socialize and to have a fundraising event.  The proceeds are used to pay for a wide variety of music events, clothes, instruments, etc.

Some of the highlights of this are the fun silent auction, bag raffles, and the 50/50 raffle. 

When, Where, and What:
  • Wednesday in mid-October from 6 to 9 pm  See Calendar of Events for exact date and time.
  • This is an adults only event of dining, drinks, silent auction, raffles, and door prizes.
  • Place your order for tickets by sending an order form (click on the link at the bottom of this page) to school in an envelope addressed to THS Music Boosters, emailing thsmusicboosters@gmail.com, OR pay online (includes PayPal service charge) below:

  • We need help obtaining sponsors and donations!!!  
  • We need plenty of volunteers on the evening of this event!

  • The proceeds from this event are used to support the music program to:

    • Pay for the buses for all music students for "away" events
    • Provide funds to purchase new equipment, repair instruments, tune pianos, and purchase music
    • Host guest clinicians and accompanists
    • Measure, fit, distribute, clean, and restock all rented concert attire and Marching Band uniforms
    • Financial aid for students who are unable to participate in many programs
    • Provide 3 college scholarships to outstanding seniors who plan to major/minor in music.
