Life-Changing Guacamole

1/4 cup fresh lime juice
5 scallions, thinly sliced
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. cayenne pepper
2 jalapeños, finely diced (seeds removed for less heat)
5 avocados, peeled
1 pomegranate worth of seeds
1 mango, de-cored and diced
1/2 fresh cilantro, chopped
Tortilla chips

To a large bowl, add the juice, scallions, salt, cayenne, and jalapeños.  Mix to combine. 

Add avocado pieces, and mash to a thick consistency.  Add in seeds, mango, and chopped cilantro.  Stir together until well-combined.  Obtain favorite tortilla chips.

Chow down and don't be shy about it.  Save some for tomorrow to put on your scrambled eggs...if you can restrain yourself.
