Alpha Rebuild

TOSSTNE is now rebuilt from the ground up! It adds a new shop system for ship upgrades, a compact HUD, and a much less cluttered code. This should make it much easier to update and debug TOSSTNE, so expect more updates coming soon!

~Fixed the HUD so it doesn't herp anymore. For real this time.
~Added a pause menu! Pause using [Esc].
~Added the ability to mute the eventually annoying music.
~Made it so that weaker enemies stop spawning after some time.
~Landmines fixed.
~Warpers and Fadder fixed.
~NegaPlayer is less derp
~Shotgun doesn't eat children anymore
~Repurposed the blue spinning enemy.
~SecuriSat fixed.
~Various graphical fixes.

~Fixed the HUD glitching and breaking the game badly.
~Fixed bosses to have fair HP.
~Nerfed the gattling gun a bit.
~Made dying less painful on the ears by having it play one sound rather than a million at once.
~Made enemies, upgrades, etc. go UNDER the HUD rather than vanishing on contact.
~Enemy18, the Fadder, added in fully.

~Frigate removed completely.
~New boss at 2 min
~Debris fields occur at 1, 3, and 7 min.
~Black hole spinning enemies after vanishing fixed.
~8 More Achievements added in!

~New Instructions screen. It's incomplete, but so far MUCH better.
~Carpet bomber is a bit faster or slower, I forgot which. But it drops more bombs and is stronger.
~Both secret enemy 1 and 2 have new behaviours.
~Nega-Player's behaviour has been completely rewritten, it now goes left-right and runs over any enemies it hits.
~Gatling Gun is more common, hopefully.
~New new preloader.
~I can't remember more, but I worked for nearly 7 hours, so more must've been done.

EDIT:V.0.2.1 will not contain an enemypendix, but will still have the instructions. It will also have many more enemy types, and will still be found at laundromats around the country.

~Refined the main menu
~Beginnings of the Enemy Appendix (only pictures for now)
~Various bugfixes
~Space Cow is now available if you can find out how :D you click on an entertainment.net advert
~Kamikaze enemy spawns later and less often
~Levels 8/9/10 come later
~Missile drops now appear at random on the top of the screen.
~"Hello There!" / "Welcome Back!" text gone. Look at achievements for the 'Have You Played Before' notification.'

~Nebula Removed
~Possible lag fix implemented. I can't survive enough to test it.
~HP/Level changed.
~Full repairs give you 15 max HP.
~Bullets get stronger per level.

edit: Master1.0 from runouw.com has informed me that the lagfix does indeed work right.
