Densetsu no Starfy 2>EN - Someone else in the Starfy Translation Discord is working on this. If no one else takes the role, I'll try to insert their translations into the ROM.

JP Starfy 4>EN (not to be confused with JP or EN Starfy 5 (The Legendary Starfy)) - Autumchild did a translation series on YouTube. I could proofread it and add it into the ROM eventually?

I don't plan on retranslating Japanese Starfy 5, as the official translation is available and my Japanese skills aren't that good anyway

Compatibility hacks:

Zok Zok Heroes (no IR version) - In this hack, pressing B on the Full Changer menu will send out the hero you last viewed the summary of, without needing the Full Changer. It can be applied to the original ROM with Lunar IPS and the patch file. Formally there was a glitch which caused the game to lock up on the (first?) alien abduction plot circle sequence. This is now patched (except I don't know if it's correct but at least lets you escape the abduction). There's also a glitch if you do this without properly viewing the summary, which I haven't fixed yet as it can be worked around, but will if there are no other glitches after completing the game.

You can also use GameShark codes to select any hero, courtesy of the Japanese hacking community for this game, but I can't remember the codes sorry.

Also, thanks to Shonumi I've added a save near the beginning of the game with all(?) summaries unlocked; so you can transform into any hero.

In addition to fan patches, I've uploaded an IPS patch to convert the Japanese version of X to Lunar Chase EN (the leaked prototype but considering having at least privately dumped the original JP cart may be enough).

Additionally, I have a patch for Japanese Starfy 2 to the iQue version for a similar rationale. Apparently I have exceeded my storage, so can't upload the Starfy 1 one.
