We have an immediate need and a great opportunity in either the Naperville or Rosemont offices for a Repricer II.  This position offers the right individual the ability to become part of a dynamic team within the Claim Ops./Repricing department.   The position reports to Marisol Rodriguez, Team Lead / Lisa Wentzel, Manager, both of whom report up to Barb Alvarado (though the location can be Naperville or Rosemont).


In the Repricer II role, the selected candidate will be responsible for investigating and resolving claim matching issues utilizing all of the current solutions we employ in matching (Alias Table, Restrictive Matching, Enhanced Matching Opt-Out, BlackList).  Therefore, this is a great opportunity to learn about many aspects of both claim matching as well as the intricacies of specialized claim repricing that is performed on this team.  We have a comprehensive, hands-on  training program which will provide all the tools to succeed in this role.  The selected candidate will utilize and be taught the Learning System, which is a home-grown method of auto-creating aliases that improves matching results and reduces unnecessary vendor costs.  Using the learning system, the Repricer II reviews and accurately activates claim aliases thereby increasing the automation of previously manually matched claims.  Training will include handling requests for resolution of matching issues received from various departments and staff.  Training will also include the accurate matching of Tin Safety Net claims and WhiteSpace research projects. 



The role is dynamic and varied, affording the ideal candidate an opportunity to learn a great deal about the MPI suite of products, matching solutions and home-grown applications created by business in conjunction with our Application Development/IT colleagues.   There is a high degree of collaboration, unity and a true ‘team spirit’ in the department and on this particular team.  


The ideal candidate possesses the following:

·        Experience in claim matching (matching, rules, logic).  Bonus is an understanding of both MPI and legacy Viant match logic

·        Experience working in the NetworX application.   Bonus is experience working with esuite or other legacy Viant applications.

·        Basic knowledge of claim repricing concepts (fee schedule, for example).   Bonus is experience working in a billing office and some understanding of claim coding methodologies.

·        Ability to work in multiple applications/systems simultaneously.

·        Attention to detail and high degree of accuracy.

·        Positive attitude and enjoys working on a team as a contributing team player.
