Thank you for visiting my webpage to gain insights into my professional background. I am currently serving as a tenured Associate Professor of Finance at Peking University HSBC Business School (PHBS). Prior to joining PHBS in 2022, I held a position as a tenured Associate Professor of Finance at the College of Business, Florida State University. My research interests span diverse areas, encompassing financial media, asset management, stock short selling, and political economics. In terms of teaching, I am passionate about corporate finance, investment management, fixed income securities, and empirical research methodologies.

My academic journey includes the completion of a Ph.D. in Finance in 2012 and an MBA in 2008, both earned at the Krannert School of Management, Purdue University. In 2006, I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Communication Engineering from the University of Electronic Science and Technology of China.
