Bingqing CHENG

I just moved to Institute of Science and Technology (IST) Austria as a Tenure-Track Assistant Professor on September 2021.

Before I was a Departmental Early Career Fellow in the Computer Laboratory, University of Cambridge (11/2020– 08/2021), and a Junior research fellow at Trinity College (03/2019-). I did a PhD (09/2014–02/2019) in Materials Science at École Polytechnique Fédérale de Lausanne (EPFL), supervised by Michele Ceriotti, a Master's degree in The University of Hong Kong, and a joint Bachelor's degree in The University of Hong Kong & Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
