I am an Associate Professor of Strategy at HEC Paris.
I received my PhD from INSEAD. My general research interests are in the areas of
behavioral and competitive strategy, the economic theory of incentives, and organization design.

My work has been published, among others, in journals such as the Administrative Science
Quarterly, Strategic Management Journal, Journal of Management, Organization Science,
and Entrepreneurship Theory & Practice.
For my dissertation, in 2012 I received the Wiley Blackwell
Outstanding Dissertation Award
, in 2011 I was a  finalist
of the INFORMS/Organization Science Dissertation Proposal Competition.

At HEC Paris I teach various strategy courses in the MSc, PhD, and E.MBA programs.
In 2015 I was awarded a BNP Paribas Pierre Vernimmen  Teaching Award
