Our family spends quality time together-the list of activities is endless! We enjoy reading books together, family yoga, sports, taking trips to Chicago and going to the cabin, riding bikes and swimming. Our fondest family memory would be when we took the kids out fishing at the cabin and one of the kids caught a big Bass on a Snoopy Fishing pole.
Judy is a very loving mother and wife and values her time with Tom, Grace and Rylan. Some of Judy’s favorite things to do are read, play soccer and broomball and water-ski. She is also a huge Twins fan! She taught first grade for 11 years and is now teaching preschool part-time. A few days a week are spent at home with the kids and those days are precious! She feels lucky to teach at Grace and Rylan’s preschool and to have summers off to enjoy with the kids. Judy is constantly bringing home fun projects from preschool for Grace and Rylan to try out!
Interesting Facts about Judy: Judy and her two sisters all have the same middle name (Marie). Judy has a grandmother alive-age 92!
Tom is truly an amazing dad and husband! He comes from a big Irish family in Chicago and has always dreamed of having a family of his own. Family and friends are always commenting on how attentive and devoted Tom is as a husband and father. Tom is patient, caring, honest and hard-working. Tom’s hobbies include running, playing broomball, and fishing.

Family time is important to us and we make it a priority to spend quality time together. We eat dinners as a family, read books before bed, and PLAY, PLAY, PLAY. We are definitely active! Some of our favorite family activities include trips to see family in Chicago and to the cabin in Northern Minnesota.
We go to visit Tom’s family in Chicago several times a year. It is a blast seeing Tom’s parents, sister, brothers and all the cousins at once. We ALL stay in Tom’s childhood home for the duration of our stay (10 adults and 7 children).
Judy’s family is in the Twin Cities, but the cabin in Garrison, MN is the meeting place for the summer. We spend many summer weekends at the cabin with Judy’s parents, her sisters and their families. The weekends are filled with fishing, water-skiing, swimming and campfires.
Gracie was born on August 23, 2006. We were so blessed to welcome this tiny gift from God into the world. She is now a healthy, very active 5 year old. She attends preschool three days a week and is eagerly awaiting Kindergarten. She loves everything: dance, gymnastics, swimming, playing outside, soccer, and art projects. What does she love most though? Her brother!
Rylan (Riley) was born on April 24, 2008. He is now 3 years old and he adores his big sister. He also goes to preschool three days a week. He really enjoys cars, sports (especially hockey), riding his bike, and Spiderman. On one hand he is incredibly active, always running, climbing or playing a sport. On the other hand he is a loving cuddle-bug. He loves to read a book in Mom or Dad’s lap or just cuddle on the couch.
Our home provides a stable and nurturing environment for our children based on love, trust and faith. We were both raised Catholic and are now raising our children in the Catholic faith. We attend Church regularly and emphasize Christian values in our daily life. Education is also a priority in our family. Our hope is that our children will become happy, healthy, confident and loving adults. We want them to have a strong sense of identity that will help them through life’s journey.
We live in the Northern suburbs of St. Paul, Minnesota. We own a 4 bedroom house on a cul-de-sac with a fenced in backyard and a huge playset. We have tons of kids in the neighborhood and our playset is one of the popular gathering areas. Our home is close to biking paths, parks, and great schools.
