Welcome to the Tokyo Chapter of the Japan Association for Language Teaching

The Tokyo Chapter of JALT serves central Tokyo and Chiba. We are an active group with over 650 members consisting of language teachers at all levels of education as well as translators, publishers, and other language teaching professionals. We host regular events with local and international speakers on aspects related to language teaching in Japan.

Meetings are held at Sophia University, Yotsuya campus (http://sophia.ac.jp/eng/info/access/map/map_yotsuya), and the NYU School of Professional Studies American Language Institute Tokyo Center (http://www.sps.nyu.alitokyo.jp/en/access/).
