Stir Fried TofuWith Vegetables

Makes 5 Servings

Prep Time 30 minutes

2 tablespoons of olive oil for stir-frying

1 tablespoon of chopped garlic

1/2 tablespoon of chopped ginger

1 pack of pre-cooked tofu (8oz)

2 cups of yellow onion sliced

2 cups of sliced red bell pepper

2 cups of sliced broccoli

2 cups of sliced cauliflower

1 cup of sliced carrot

Sauce Ingredients:

1-1/2 tablespoons of oyster sauce (You can substitute oyster sauce with substitute soy sauce, or hoisin sauce or mushroom sauce)

1-1/2 tablespoons of soy sauce

1 tablespoon of sesame oil

2 teaspoons of sugar

1 teaspoon of chili garlic sauce

1/2 teaspoon of crushed peppercorns
