SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

 

Friday, March 22th

 

OPEN PRACTICE for all registered athletes

 

             4:00 - 6:00                                Cabarrus, Foothills, Flip Force, Ultimate Air


             6:00 – 8:00                                Elite, eNeRGy, Physical Awareness, Sandhills, Sonshine, 

                  Starmakers, Stingray AllStars, Stingray TNT, The Edge


                                         Saturday, March 23th

 

            8:15 – 8:45am                             General stretching for Session I athletes

 

            8:45am                                         March-In (All Athletes)

 

            9:00am – 12:30pm                       Session I

                                                                 Ages 6 and under, 7&8, 9&10, 11&12 

                                                                 (Levels 1-7)

            

            12:45pm – 1:15pm                       Drop-in Lunch Break for coaches/judges

 

            1:15pm – 2:00pm                         Warm ups for Levels 8 & up only.  (Please note all Elite and Jr. Elite

                    athletes will be pulled first directly after warm ups for competition on all events



 2:00pm - 2:15pm                        Junior Elites and Elites


 2:15pm – until                            Session II

                                                    Ages 13&14 Levels 1-7, 15&up, All levels 8 and up (any age)
