Books chapters related to the course material

The course is self-contained: you don't need to read the books. Still, if you wanna give it a try:

• The Fleet Assignment section (pp 53-78 in the 2009 edition) of the course book "Modeling Applications in the Airline Industry" is the one related to HW1. In "The global airline industry" book (2009 edition), it's pages 185-192 Remember that our math program for FA is slightly different .
• For HW2, most relevant part of the course book "Modeling Applications in the Airline Industry" is Chapter 13 (pp.181-188). In the "The global airline industry" book, it's the EMSR chapter. We learn more than what's in the books.
