Gym Challenges are workouts that involve competing against others who have done or will do the same workout. There are three types of gym challenges: Levels, Olympics, and Records.

Workout Levels include multiple exercises or stations. Each station is timed individually. This means that when the participant begins performing the exercise, the timer begins and once the requirements for that exercise have been completed the timer stops. The accrued time from all exercises must not exceed the time required to beat the challenge.

Exercise Olympics are competitions held in January, April, August, & November. Each competition is made up of several events and the athlete who wins the most events wins the competition. Each event is timed and the scores are recorded.

Exercise Records are the all-time records at BSC Allston for cardio, strength, and Olympic events; the best make it onto the Records wall.
