Launch of the New CDPHE Title X Manuals and Guidelines Training
Wednesday, February 18, 2015 (9:00 am to 3:30 pm)

Hello Everyone

We look forward to hosting you during the Wednesday, February 18th, 2015 Title X Manual meeting at CDPHE These manuals were four years in the making and we're excited to officially launch them next week.

Below is the agenda. Please note we will follow the time slots diligently so guests calling in can listen in during the active sessions only.

The 2015 Clinical and Administrative Manuals are posted on HUB (see the links provided above). We'll walk through these manuals, section-by-section, during the meeting. We hope you like the PDF versions and the new, updated look and feel of the documents.  We will distribute one hard copy of each manual, per organization, during the meeting.
We've refreshed a lot of our Title X Hub sections, too. The Hub still serves as your resource for the 2015 Manual versions, forms and templates. https://sites.google.com/site/titlexhub/

For folks calling-in, please practice the directions before the meeting. All of us will be at the meeting and will be challenged to troubleshoot technical issues day-of.

Thank you and please give us a call if you have any questions.

Sincerely, the FP team

Remote / Web Access: If you are participating via a webinar, we will leave the meeting system on all day, but expect remote guests to listen in during the active training sessions only. We will be recording only the active training session portions of the meeting. To accommodate our call-in guests, speakers have been coached to stay on schedule and not go long or start early.

To access the webinar follow the instruction below: You can use anything with a webcam, i.e. a computer, cell phone, tablet, etc. If you choose to use something other than a computer, you will need to download the application: Adobe Connect Mobile. WARNING: If you opt for the application route, it requires a lot of battery. Plan accordingly.

To enter meeting, go to: https://cdphe.adobeconnect.com/medpac/
You will enter as a “Guest” using your first and last names. Then click “Enter Room.”

You will need to have a headset to eliminate echoing. It can even be a set of ear buds that you have for your phone; however they must have a microphone. Contact Lynda (Lynda.Saignaphone@state.co.us) if you need assistance.
