Middle School Speech & Debate Resources

Welcome to the Middle School Forensics Resource Page!
Here you can find just about everything you may need to start and/or maintain and promote a
Middle School Speech, Interp & Debate program.  We would love to see Frisco middle school students begin enhancing their academic career as early as 6th grade!

Several studies show a compelling connection between student participation in speaking activities and higher achievement on standardized tests.  Read about other BENEFITS.

Clark and Wester - we have a terrific program at Centennial and would love for your students to continue their journey with us on our Award-winning, State and Nationally ranked Team.

Join the National Junior Forensic League!

The National Junior Forensic League (NJFL)
supports debate and speech activities for young
adolescents in grades 6-8.  The NJFL is a program of
the National Forensic League, and is modeled after the
NFL high school honorary society, recognizing student participation in public speaking endeavors.

Benefits to membership:
The National Junior Forensic League (NJFL) gives youth a voice by offering middle level students motivation to participate in speaking activities. The NJFL’s parent organization, the National Forensic League, has
resolved to rededicate its efforts to fostering middle level involvement in forensics, because it is a critical age for reaching young adolescents & building their skills for expression. To that end, we hope you will join the NJFL
and make use of our myriad resources.
